Project/Programme Manager required for a business critical sanctions project for a group wide initiative in this tier one financial institution.
A Project/ Programme Manager is required to work in a Sanctions New Generation project. The Sanctions project is a part of a group wide initiative to replace a disparate set of Sanctions and PEPs screening solutions with a world class, standard set of tools. There is currently no capacity within the change team to absorb any of the work due to high demands on other BAU projects. Without this resource in place key milestones will be missed and the project will not deliver on time resulting in a major risk for the bank and will continue to deliver late to Oip/ Group. The successful individual will have overall responsibility for the delivery of both customer and payment sanctions solutions across wealth (processes and technology), will represent at Group level for this programme and must be capable of communicating at senior levels across the whole of the group and will have to be able to cope with a lot of detail and detailed analysis. Proven experience required of co-ordinating and delivering complex changes across a diverse section of business units. You should have examples of process and organisation design as well as technology implementation. Ideally you will have experience of working on financial crime projects (particulary sanctions) or at least have an understanding of compliance in a financial services organisation. Please send in your Cv for a more detailed specification.
