The fund runs an opportunistic Real Estate strategy and the ideal candidate will have had experience working for a Real Estate fund across Western Europe and will be used to initial investment screening, negotiation, assessing budget, redevelopment, strategy and process.The fund has in excess of €3bn under management for the European effort and this is an attractive opportunity for the successful applicant allowing a free- roaming role across the fund structure with specific responsibility for the French market.
