A leading multi billion $ Hedge Fund is looking to consolidate its expansion with the appointment of an HR Director. Operating at the highest level you will have full ownership, strategically and tactically over all HR issues.
Although this particular mandate will be tailored to reflect the strengths, experience and interests of the successful individual, the candidate will have to demonstrate experience of succession planning; up to date knowledge of all relevant employment law; employee attraction and retention, career development and mentoring plans: remuneration and a myriad of other issues. The role will suit someone who wishes to lead rather than follow! Fantastic senior management team but everyone delivers!
Due to the wide ranging nature of the brief, it is envisaged that the ideal candidate will have at least 10 -12 years of HR experience from a tier 1 sell side institution. You will be frustrated at the lack of ownership and would like to move to an institution where you can make a real difference. You will have superb soft skills, thrive under pressure and be the possessor of the relevant academic and Personnel qualifications, preferably MCIPD.
