Macquarie Securities Group (MSG) encompasses Macquarie's institutional stockbroking, equity derivatives and equity finance activities. MSG utilises its skills in research and risk management to develop equity-based financial solutions and services for clients globally.

• Cost management, reviewing costs and expenses and working on cost initiatives.
• Creating new proposals for management and managing a variety of business projects in conjunction with other teams in Macquarie. This would include IT initiatives, office relocation cases, New Product Approvals and improvements to business processes.
• Acting as a representative of the business in various day to day and operational matters. This would include areas such as BCP testing planning, co-ordination of user access reviews and other reviews of business compliance with Macquarie policies, as well as other ad hoc requests.
• Involvement in the budgeting and business planning processes and preparation of strategy documents.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Ideally some experience in consultancy type or project work in financial institution(s), preferably investment bank(s).
• Fluency in an Asian language(s) would be a distinct advantage.
