This role will suit a hands on experienced manager who has had exposure to both the capital markets and managing a team.

Ideally you will come from an aligned area within either a bank or an outsourced research partner. This will suit a dynamic individual who is looking to work autonomously within the research arena.

This role will manage a team of 12 who are internationally based so good communication skills are a must.

The company is looking to recruit someone who is committed to building a career in this area and will offer excellent training in the specific asset class area for the right individual.

You must have 2+ years experience managing a team.

You must have an inquisitive personality and have the ability to take initiative and manage key client relationships with the investment banks.
