With expansion of our Research team in Asia, the opportunity for an Analyst to join our Property team based in Hong Kong is now available and will suit dynamic, highly-motivated individuals.

In this China focused role, you will be involved in assisting with corporate related transactions and regional research collation. Working with a small team of analysts you will:

· provide commentary (including forecasting) on the property sector, growing our coverage

· be actively involved in the writing of publications and company reports

· market your research

· attend client and investment presentations

· grow the client base by demonstrating a creative perspective to investment decisions

· represent the division at industry forums and corporate functions

To be successful, you will:

· ideally have previous property experience in some capacity

· have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline

· have Mandarin language skills (essential) and native Chinese (preferred)
